AC/DC Malcolm Young is Ill, Band will Retire

AC/DC an Australian hard rock band that is formed in November 1973 by brothers Malcolm and Angus Young, which sold more than 200 million albums has been rumored that they will retire the band because of Malcolm Young illness. The band members made a pact that they will retire the band if a member was forced to leave.

AC/DC is a 41-year-old band and is one of the most successful rock band groups in music history.

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Malcolm Young 61, one of the founding member and guitarist and songwriter can no longer continue performing due to health issues. He has moved himself and his family back to Australia. He is believed to have suffered a stroke.

The report added, the band could announce their retirement within days. Malcolm is the older brother of lead guitarist Angus Young.

But there are also reports that AC/DC has booked a studio time in Vancouver from May 1, that suggests that the rumors may be just rumors.
